Public Sector Background

Jessica Gunby has worked in the Ontario municipal government field for over 16 years.  During that time, she has gained extensive knowledge of municipalities as a whole; specifically Building, Planning, Administration, and most recently, with her role as Chief Administrative Officer in two municipalities.


Having worked with  different Councils and numerous staff and departments in different municipalities, she comes with extensive knowledge and experience that may assist you with any issue you have encountered.

How can we help?

Whether you are a resident that would like third party advice or assistance with dealing with your municipality, a staff member who is looking for help or a member of Council who would like some advice on a particular issue before them, Jessica is more than happy to help.


Often, corporations may want an independent third party to host Open Houses for stakeholders, which is a service we offer as well.

  • Strong experience in municipal government at a senior level inclusive of policy analysis, developing strategic programs, legislative compliance along with community outreach and governance.
  • Excellent management and communication skills including leading departmental teams and conducting presentations to Council.
  • Exceptional relationship building with residents, stakeholders, staff and Council.
  • Record of executive leadership experience in leading Councils through orientations and providing continuous guidance.
